Stay At Home Fitness: YouTubers You Need To Follow For Great Workouts

You’ll likely already know, gyms aren’t open yet – and we’re not entirely sure when they will be. All is not lost, though.

Luckily, there’s a plethora of YouTuber’s out there, that specialise in at-home fitness and workouts. many even have specific qualifications, which make them ultra-valuable.

So, let’s take a look at them.

Sidenote: Please don’t do any exercises which you’re not entirely sure about – ask a doctor, make them fit your ability, and choose the right “level” for you.

The Fitness Marshall 

This profile was really the answer to all my wishes. If you’re anything like me and don’t like working out, then these will be perfect for you, too.

She combines dancing and having fun with a workout. Before you know it, you’re breaking a sweat and feeling like you’ve run a marathon.

Don’t worry, you don’t have to be coordinated. I have two left feet and still find them easy to do.


You’ll likely see this channel listed in all the fitness lists. For good, reason, too. With their millions of subscribers, it’s easy to see why they’re so popular.

They focus on pilates and Bootcamp sculpting. Don’t worry, you don’t need to understand what these are – just follow the tutorials and feel the burn.

The workouts are themed. Think, Bridal, Celebrity etc. My favourite at the moment are Apartment Friendly.


Yoga with Adriene 

Yes, you guessed it – this one is related around yoga. She has more than 4 million subscribers, and I think that’s courtesy of her calming vibe.

Make no mistake, these calm, serene, videos will still help you see the most amazing results.

Again, you can find the right workout for you – relaxing, burning fat, and even curing a hangover.

Fitness Blender 

This is actually a husband and wife run channel, which has helped their channel to become really inclusive and broad.

These workouts have been designed to be quick, making them perfect for those speedy at-home sessions.

They even have 5 minute long ones.

P.S they also have a puppy workout which might become one of your favourite videos. If you have your own little dog, you can copy off this workout – how cute.

 Roberta’s Gym 

Who needs a gym when your Roberta’s Gym?

This is a little different to the other channels, as the instructor is animated.

The technology-focused channel really helps in many aspects. From screen times, rep counts, and other track-keeping.

This channel is able to pump out daily workout videos and challenges.

Don’t worry, it doesn’t feel like you’re copying a Sim. It’s all very professional and helpful.


If you’re into boxing, this is the channel that I recommend for you. Nate Bower is a competitive athlete AND certified boxing instructor.

He has been lovely enough to include workouts that you can do at home, given you have enough room. That’s super special and unique about his channel.
